Whether you want to be able to do ten push ups or perfect a body roll and hair flip, our variety of energizing classes, suitable for all fitness levels, will help you improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, dance flow, body image, and self-confidence.

We understand that each Queen enjoys a unique fitness journey, so remember to listen to your body during your class, and if you need help deciding what classes will work best for you and your goals, don’t hesitate to contact us!

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Our specialty is pole, and we’re excited to share the many benefits of pole that reach far beyond just an amazing workout. No experience or coordination is required—our New Client Intro Program teaches you the foundations and allows you to progress at your own pace! Our other classes include Fit & Flexy, Chair Dance and Floor and Flow.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Fascinated by pole, but intimidated by a group setting? Looking to progress farther in a specific area such as tricks, dance flow, flexibility, or conditioning? Or just need one-on-one attention in addition to your classes? Private lessons are a fantastic option to work with one of our instructors to help you reach your fitness goals!

New Client Intro Program

To get started, new clients begin with our 4-Week Intro Program, which is an all-inclusive dance fitness experience that teaches the essential elements of our pole curriculum and class programs.
