Group fitness classes are a motivating and exciting way to begin or continue your fitness journey. Our knowledgeable instructors will guide you through an exhilarating experience as they encourage and support each student with proper form, easy-to- advanced modifications, multiple variations, and positive feedback. Our group fitness classes fall into the categories of CARDIO & DANCE FITNESS, STRENGTH & TONING, and FLEXIBILITY. STRENGTH & TONING

• Booty Ballet - In this class, you will use a dynamic fusion of ballet conditioning and various yoga movements to tighten, tone, and lean out your muscles. The combinations performed in this class are great for sculpting the booty and strengthening your core, so come prepared to energize your body with some great exercises!

• Circuit Challenge – Achieve your fitness goals and maintain your results with this Circuit Challenge class! Circuit training is a form of body conditioning and resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. As you pass through each “station” throughout the class, you will be getting a full body workout while building strength and improving muscular endurance.

• Core & More – It only takes a few minutes to get the abs burning and to tighten the tummy! These killer ab exercises will help you feel stronger and improve your posture. Pair this class with an intense cardio class, and soon those abs will be sculpted with precision!

• HIIT – High-intensity interval training is the most efficient way to burn fat in the shortest amount of time. Give 110% in each quick interval followed by a short recovery period to get the maximum calorie burn that will keep your metabolism up for hours after your workout!

• Kickboxing - Jab, cross, hook, uppercut, and kick! Sculpt your arms and tone your legs in this power-packed class filled with different moves to help build your speed, coordination, and stamina. As you become familiar with the moves, you will be able to add more power to your punch and shed the calories through this fun cardio class. Get ready to experience an energetic workout like no other!

• Lower Body – In this 30 minutes class, we will focus on strengthening the lower body with a variety of exercises that include free weights, resistance bands, and more! Sculpt the glutes, thighs, lower back, and calves!

 Stiletto Sculpt - If you didn’t think workouts could be fun and sexy, give this class a try! You can throw on a comfortable pair of heels to give the calves a little extra work, or come barefoot. We will be using various equipment to sculpt and shape those arms and legs including a chair, free weights, and your own body weight mixed with slow and controlled body rolls and hip circles!

• Total Body Sculpt – Tone up your whole body in this full-body strength conditioning class! Using various pieces of equipment and weights, you can build muscle while burning calories. Whether you want to build up those biceps, round out the booty, or chisel your abs, this class has the right moves for an all over body tone workout.

• Upper Body – In this 30 minutes class, we will focus on strengthening the upper body with a variety of exercises that include free weights, resistance bands, and more! Get ready to blast those arms, shoulders, back, and chest!

• BUTI Yoga - BUTI Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. This all-in-one workout tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. Come get your Shakti on and join our Tribe!

CARDIO & DANCE FITNESS

• Chair Dance – Chair Dance is a routine-based class that is both fun and challenging. In this class you will learn chair dance basics that will help improve your core strength and coordination! If you dare, bring a pair of heels to wear as you learn the hottest dance moves that will surely impress your friends! No dance experience needed!

• Floor and Flow – Ever feel like you need to work on your floor work and dance flow? This is the perfect class for you! Depending on the instructor, you will experience different styles of dance flow and transitions on the floor. Whether the dance sequence is contemporary, rock & roll-based, sensual and slow, or any other style, come prepared to learn dance moves that help your flow! (Knee pads, socks/heels, and/or legwarmers suggested. Available for purchase at the studio.)

• Nia Move IT - Nia Move IT is a cardiovascular interval training class that helps you burn fat, increase the flexibility & mobility in your joints and tone your body while transforming your mind. In this class, you’ll shift from one move to the next every 60 seconds, progressively moving through all Nia 52 Moves to tribal, electronic, and rhythmic beats that will ignite your spirit while making you sweat! End every class with a relaxing cool down to enhance breathing and the flow of energy throughout your whole body to release tension and to melt away your stress.

• Werk & Twerk – Didn’t think you could twerk? Come learn all the twerk techniques in this class as we break it down for you step by step. The first part of class teaches the basic movements of using your core to throw that booty back, then advances to a variety of twerk moves. The second half is a fat-blasting cardio workout that uses a combination of fun dance moves and vigorous plyometric exercises to energize your body!

• Vixen Workout – Vixen Workout is a hip-hop cardio class that is inspired by moves performed by your favorite artists! Experience a dance workout unlike any other where we can let loose, forget responsibilities, and channel our inner diva in a judgment-free zone. This is not only a complete work out for your body, but also for your mind and soul too. No experience needed! • Zumba (Twerk Out) – This is not your average Zumba class! You’ve got your basic moves from Werk & Twerk, now get ready to turn it up in this high-intensity dance class! Shake those hips and shimmy those shoulders to your favorite hip hop jams! The more you come to this class, the more you start to become familiar with the routines, and you will definitely be able to leave with some sexy new moves that you can take outside of class.

FLEXIBILITY

• Pilates - Pilates is a class designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and mental awareness. Strengthen and lengthen yourself all around through a series of exercises to give you lean lines and toned muscles!

• PiYo - PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We will crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined!

• Yoga - Feeling tense? Come unwind with this widely-practiced discipline that focuses on breath control to help relax your muscles and gives you a peace of mind. Through a series of challenging poses, expect to improve your flexibility while working toward tone, lean muscles.
